Our story
More atelier than agency
We design, build, and operate a small number of exceptional homes each year, and develop luxury apartments made to the same standard. We sound, and work, like a quiet, confident craftsperson — unhurried, specific, and made to age gracefully.
TESO began with a simple disagreement with how most homes are made — fast, wide, and built to look new for a year. We wanted the opposite: a handful of houses, made slowly, of materials that settle and deepen rather than wear thin.
So we kept the company small on purpose. We take on what we can build with our own crew, and we stay involved from the first drawing to the day you move in. The result is a home with no wasted gesture — considered, durable, and unmistakably yours.
